Terry Stewart — President
Terry Stewart founded T.L. Stewart Builders in 1984 after earning a Civil Engineering degree from North Carolina State University and obtaining his North Carolina Builder's License.
Before starting the company, Terry spent several years working for the City of Sanford's Engineering Department, where he helped develop many of the area's well-known communities. His engineering background continues to influence every project, ensuring homes are built with careful planning, structural integrity, and long-term value in mind.
Under Terry's leadership, T.L. Stewart Builders has developed exceptional neighborhoods throughout Sanford, including Carbonton Cove and Rosemont.
Sandra Stewart — Vice President & Secretary
Sandra Stewart brings decades of experience in business management, customer service, and interior selections.
Sandra Stewart
Throughout the home-building journey, Sandra works closely with homeowners to help guide interior design decisions, offering practical advice while ensuring each home reflects the owner's personal style.
